“Not tracked” stops meaning “could not look”

• Aura told some people their project was not being tracked when the truth was that it could not read the project’s settings file. The project was being tracked the whole time. It happens on a Mac that has not given Aura permission to a folder, and for a while after an update — which is to say it happened to people who had done nothing wrong.
• Worse, the message came with a button offering to switch tracking on. That button could never have worked: it needed to read the same file that had just refused. Aura now says what actually went wrong, and stops quietly trying a fix it cannot perform.
